Does anyone have the link to the old Hearings page or the new one? I can't seem to find it anymore.
Thanks,

Carrie Wiebelt is providing us with tutorials for all the basic searches that members need. I have asked her for one of the public hearing schedule and expect she will get to that one soon.

Permalink Reply by Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant on December 2, 2025 at 12:45 Same here, Dale. I think that portion of the database has been under construction today. I haven't been able to get it to work either. I'll try again tomorrow and email the SONRIS staff if it is still down.
I tried several SONRIS searches today that I don't normally use. They were inoperable. Although it is frustrating, we will have to be patient. Hi Dale! We made an update yesterday and published the wrong link, apologies! It has been corrected.
Notice to all users- please report any broken functionality to our feedback form: https://www.dce.louisiana.gov/index.cfm/form/2
Thank you!

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
