We have two new Alternate Wells drilled in two of four of our sections in the Red River Bull Bayou Field. According to SONRIS XTO/ExxonMobile has been producing ample production from each since October 2025. That is 8 months since they put the NG product into "sales." and still no royalities to us and others. The polite ladies in their revenue department are just that..polite, civil and empathtic. Their answer is the Land Department is backlogged and will get to it as soon as they can.

Without using the L-word please offer comments and advice. DB-Lake Charles, La.

If the sections you mention, and do not list, have been in production by previous wells you should have a division order.  In that case there is no title review to perform and it should be a simple task to adjust your existing eight digit payment decimal for each section to the percentage of perforated lateral that lies in each section.  You can likely find this in the SONRIS database.  Exxon/XTO doesn't get in a hurry and you do not want to litigate with the company unless tens of millions of dollars are at stake.  You could engage an experienced O&G attorney to send a demand for interest of the back unpaid royalty.  That may or may not get action or at least a reply from  the operator but I good O&G attorney can give you an opinion likely for a no cost first contact.  I would wait to the end of June before considering anything.  That would be six months from the earliest time you would have received a payment.  Good luck, you'll need it.
