That is what I was reading. So would that be 150,000 gal per perforation? That will still be only 1.2 million gallons.

i was advised it would take 90,000 barrels............or 2.88 million gallons........... i was told "they" will pay the land owner, water suppler .25 per barrel..............$22,500 per well.................i would hope one could get mooooor!

Barrels vs. gal....there was my problem. It was 150,000 barrels that I was told as well. If you don't mind me asking who did you hear is willing to pay 25 cents? I was only offered 15.

Water from a municipal system would only be about $3 per 1000 gallons.

Hmmmm?
This brings up another question!
Is that water being sold to the driller coming from a well or pond?
I would think if from a well, shouldn't others in that section also be given some kind of compensation due to it likely being sucked out from underneath them as well? I mean if they were sucking NG, they'd have to pay everybody, right? Why not for water?
