Where is your land, Kim? Do they have a lot of your land to cross to get to the right of way? The pipeline is way in the back of my property and they have to drive far. Are they already surveying in your area? I haven't received anything in the mail yet about surveying. Just a letter about the right of way.
i'm next to the last interstate pipline on hwy 789 2 miles north of keatchie. my property isright next to the compressor sight being built. i've called the local office on youree drive and spoke with a rep. they assured me my land would have minimal impact. this pipeline is going to have a large permanent row with a wide temporary row I've also been asked for an access rd.
Are the ROW's going to be on your land? How close will the compressor site be to your property or house?
hi eric so far they've told me the center line is not on my property but my land is right next to the compressor site on the north side. when i asked about the row all they would say was its a little south of me. i've asked to see a map of the route before i agree to a survey. there isn't enough room to place the row and temporary work area between our two properties. i'm afraid i'll agree to a survey and round up with them changing the route and blessing me with this thing
Just slightly south of the other interstate pipeline, I think. Kim, Mrs Margaret Johnson , the landowner south of you told me that it was going to slightly miss her land to the south, she thinks.
thanks for the info, that's a bit of relief but have you noticed the haynesville connector pipeline is projected down the same route.
JUST RECEIVED A CALL THE ROUTE DID CHANGE AND ITS COMING DOWN MY PROPERTY
