and both are trying to lease in s12, s2, s3, t17n 15w. They both indicaTED
they anticipating drilling in west shreveport very soon.

Of course the landman indicated they would be drilling soon. They don't want to give any excuses to wait..
What else are they offering besides the bonus. Bonus is nice, but one of the least important items, what about the term and royalty??

so far we've only gotten an offer .3 yr lease 2yr option to release at same price 25%royalties Of course no one is going to accept this initial offer since most of us were in a group that got 17500.00 in august '08. keep tuned
