Attached are a set of graphs that show historical natural gas production thru April for the US and several key regions. Total US production in April was 63.4 Bcfd which was a 0.2% decrease from March but up 2.8% from April 2008. The production in many areas of the US is flat or declining due to the decreased drilling activity. But Louisiana gas production increased to 4.1 Bcfd in April which is 3.0% higher than March and 4.4% higher than April 2008.
