Unleased in Stonewall

I thought that I would try and get an idea of how many of us have not leased yet. You do not have to put your Section, but it would help. Anything else would help also, especially number of acres, section, township, range and any offers you feel like disclosing.

My last offer was from Chesapeake of $20,000 but 2 other companies have informed me they will beat that offer. My neighbors and I have approx. 35 acres.

I emailed Kassi about Rebekah about 30 minutes ago. I also asked Kassi if I could give out her private email address for the unleased landowners around her. As soon as I get a response, I will let everyone know that is in that area. You could also go to Kassi's page here on this site.

I'm glad you mentioned that. I've been here in Stonewall for 18 years and I didn't really know my neighbors (except those on either side and across from me) before this blessed event. With the meetings we have had, I'm getting to know some wonderful people. Great neighbors !

I am over on the far east side of Stonewall, over by I-49 and you must be on the southwest side. When I go vote at the Town Hall, I get to use the short line. LOL

Yes. Section 19 is from Smith Street west on Stonewall-Preston Rd to Rambin Rd, all of Burford Rd and Brian David Rd. We have a well organized group that have phone lists and keep everyone updated on progress of negotiations. Have had weekly gatherings and some amazing fellows who devote a lot to their time this process.

We have Section 21, 22...I live out of state so I cannot attend gatherings.

Mr. Griffin, you might check in the DeSoto Parish Network for Kassi's post on the Stonewall Coalition, it shows that Sect. 20 is included. I would have to say that of all the unsigned land owners in the neighboring sections Kassi's group has the potenial to be as strong as the Sect. 19 group and it might benefit you alot to check with her and see how to get in.
