Hey dream, was just reading some of yours and moe's discussions on Township, I live on coastal, and we are only something like 200+ acres, and I was one that decided to not go with the group(not sure really how many this group is), but I know of a few of us that still isnt on it. I cant see paying someone I dont even know his name 4%, if you catch my drift. Me personally speaking though, this play is way to early and I dont understand why everyone is in such a hurry to sign period. I keep reading all the things from the other shales and the site of the mineral owners,cant think of the name of it right now, but if people were to take there time and read and learn something and not be in such a big hurry we may not get so used up by the O & G companies.
