Our land is in Bienville Parish, 14-15N-10W, we signed with Chesapeake about a month ago. At the time we had offers from Chesapeake and Petrohawk. Since then Petrohawk offered us 6K per acre, that was the weekend the Elm Grove Gas Well hit, we are six miles from that field. Some lease brokers involved are Tower Hill Energy and Hunter Energy. We dealt with Red River Land Services, contact at the home office in OK recommended we used them and appoved our landman. Hope this helps.
