They are out of Oklahoma City. A fairly large but in my opinion, a low-end brokerage. As far as I am aware they are strictly a title and lease brokers rather than lease flippers. Make sure you know who they are working for, and if you get the money, royalty and provisions that you want, then they are probably as good as the next.
