Is anyone out there recieving royalty payments yet? I was just wondering what payments would be per acre on an average well in haynesville shale, with what gas prices are right now? There are several calculators on the web but they all seem to give u a different answer. Just wanted to talk to someone who may be recieving payments or to one of the oil and gas pros out there. THANKS FOR ANY INFO!!!

Signing bonuses are water under the bridge for most of us. I just want to feel like I'm getting a fair price for my share of the gas and right now I don't!
no one does. Even the operators. Gas prices will come back, its just a matter of when.
Maybe gas prices are heading toward 6. Haha I know Baron will tell me not to get ahead of myself. We had a good draw from storage and should get plenty more in the weeks ahead. We need to keep burning through this glut of gas.
64 BCF is a start, more tha expected, but still not a great drawdown.
Next week should be a good one. Looking for a 150 BCF withdrawl. More like hoping.
I'll be happy to see anything over 100
Ok what does looking for 150 bcf withdrawel mean?
withdrawal from "Stored" gas inventories which are unfortunately at all time highs, ie keeping gas prices down for a while
ok now i understand... they are getting ready to hook my well up to a pipeline in the next month or so, so im trying to learn about some of this...thnks for the info
Gosh Darn, this is off the present discussion. I am Grandpa using a different name. Remeber the well I spoke to you about earlier in the summer in Bossier Parish that was going to be a photo finish to drill, well they drilled it in Oct.
if you signed for a percentage, 1/5 how does this effect the amout of royalties you receive? thanks
