Skip,
Can you help us? We are trying to find out if a permit has been issued for 12N-15N-03. Beusa requested one and had permit hearing July 21, 2009. We have tried to find out the outcome of that hearing but to no avail. We contacted the state permit department and the Woodlands. Any help would be appreciated!!

Yeah, I thought I could upload the order but it's not working. BEUSA's HA unit application for Sect. 3 - 12N-15W was approved as Order 289-R-36 for the Bethany-Longstreet Field.

Nothing new that I am aware of. Both sections are Will Drill HA units but I am unsure which company will end up as the operator. I just doubt it will be Will Drill.

Skip, you may want to check but I think these are both J-W CV RB Units that include the Haynesville Shale formation.
