HOW EXCITING!!!! I AM SO PUMPED UP!!! I HOPE THE WELL DOES GOOD AND THEY GET STARTED SOON... THANKS FOR THE INFO. ARE YOU SURE WE WILL BENEFIT FROM THIS WELL TOO, AS FAR AS I KNOW WE HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANY INFO FROM OUR LEASOR. THE ONLY INFO I GET IS FROM YOU. WHICH I APPRECIATE SO MUCH.. THANKS BJ

Anyone who has land in Sec 25 will receive $$$. If I remember right, you said that you inherited part of Mr. Beach's place, which some of his land is in Sec 25. Please remember that I'm no expert on this, but it looks to me like, yes, you will be entitled to $$$! NOW, it will be quite a while before any $$$ will exchange hands because they are still in the first stages of clearing off land. By the way, Encana has also surveyed more land for another well right by Union Hall Church in Sec 26. They just finished doing this a couple of days ago. It looks like business is booming! THANKS BJ! THE BACK HALF OF OUR LAND IS IN SEC 25, AND THE FRONT HALF IS IN SEC 36. I UNDERSTAND THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES BEFORE WE GET MONEY. MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN THE OIL BUSINESS FOR 30 YRS. They were out here yesterday in S26 on 4-wheelers. They have marked off a site for another well pad on S26, this one is right off HWY 71 by Union Hall Church. Still waiting for site pads to be cleared!

So how is the land clearing going BJ ? Hopefully they are working away. Hope you and your family have a great Christmas. My sister and i might be in that area the week after Christmas to look around. Hopefully we can get there and see whats happening. Merry Christmas and happy New Year!!!!Jaretta

Still nothing happening here, haven't heard from the ones to clear the land. Sometimes things seem to go so slowly. But good things come to those who wait! By the way, if you don't mind saying, who are ya'll leased with?

We are leased with Petrohawk... and we never hear from them.. maybe things will progress after the first of the year. Anyway let me know if there is something new going on.

I may be wrong, but I think that when the well finially starts producing, Encana pays Petrohawk and then they will pay you. But then again, Encana may buy out Petrohawk's leases too. So may options, but it will still be a while before we see any more $$. Still no site of clearing trees for pads, haven't heard nothing, although surveyors are anywhere from Union Hall Church to Hickory Grove Rd. at work. But it looks like Encana has Red Oak LaKe Field wrapped up. I'll keep you posted.BJ

OK Girl, Just to let you know, we have been approached about a pipe line for recovery of gas on our section, which I'm told it will also go through your families land too. So if you haven't heard anything yet, then you may want to contact Centerpoint Energy. (They have an office in Coushatta).

THANKS BJ. ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT SEC 25 OR SEC 36 . MY BROTHER GETS THE LETTERS AND HE SAID HE GOT ONE ABOUT A PIPELINE POSSIBLY GOING ACROSS OUR DRIVE WAY BUT THAT'S ON THE FRONT SEC WHICH IS 36. NOT SURE YET. ARE THEY OFFERING MONEY FOR THIS PIPELINE OR JUST INFORMING YOU OF FUTURE POSSIBILITIES. ACCORDING TO MY BROTHER THE LETTER JUST SAID THEY MAY HAVE TO CROSS OUR LAND. I'M ASSUMING THEY WILL GET WITH US SOON IF ANYTHING IS A DEFINATE. KEEP ME POSTED SEEMS MY BROTHER IS NOT SHARING EVERYTHING
