Patricia--If you can not find your lease go to the county clerks record office in Nacgodoches and you can get copy --it had to be filed for record. The clerks will help you look it up on the pc. If they do not spud hole by midnight of expiration date on the lease the lease expires, then you are free to release with who ever.

patricia--are you sure you download your lease, since your minerals are undivided and not 100% you may have look at some one other than your lease in same tract. If it's your minerals and not your signature then get copy and go see a good lawyer.

Trishs1964..I would be if if I owned minerals in the A-56 Totin / A-17 surveys. I would think EOG/Petrohawk or Sonerra/Pinnacle would keep leasing to get as much acreage in the unit. EOG's Hassell Unit is now 597 acres with quite a few wells already in the Unit.

I do not know which leases are in the the new permit filed by EOG which includes acreage in the 2 surveys, A-56 Totin / A-17(this is a HUGE survey), include a lot of tracts and I do not know who has each tract leased in each survey.
