Well, I was a school principal, supervisor, teacher, etc. and have worked in a lot of adult educational programs and a community college situation. I am hyperactive and want things to BOOM NOW! I do not want to be hauled back to Centert to be buried near all of that and not know what is taking place. LOL BUT ONE OF MY ADULT EDUCATION SLOGANS IS "GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAiT ". We must thank God for what we have , pray for patience, and for all I wanted above. Then, we can leave it to children and after that to God's work. I have a trust for things like that . It would be good to leave a fund for students to make a teacher, a nurse, a doctor, or I may go with a minister. It all belongs to God, and I want it out of the ground to enjoy, to help with an adult child and for the GLORYOF GOD!!!!!! HE may be coming SOON!!!!!! Yes, I do knoow people from your family; moreover, I know they are fine families!!!!
I think I know your Dad too. Someday, I may look you up and telephone you. I do not know you, but I think I know who you are--"family wise". So, after this I will not be trying to get clues and taking up so much space on the website.
I WENT BY THIS WELL ON SAT. THIS WELL IS ON LINE AND SOUNDS GOOD. I THINK THE MINREAL OWNERS ARE GOING TO BE PROUD OF THIS WELL. IT EVEN MADE ME SMILE.
as of sunday this well was flowing at 8mmcf per day
East Texas Drilling Report 1-30-2010

Shelby County

When gauged on a 20/64- inch choke, the Ellington- Ellora Well No.1H potentialed 7.327 million cubic feet of gas. EOG Resources, Inc. has completed the well to a depth of 17,300-feet 0.36 miles northeast from Shelbyville in the Carthage, North Field. Production is in the Bossier Shale formation.
On the completion report for this well showed HAYNESVILLE U. SHALE top at 11638' and HAYNESVILLE - ROY SHALE @12055'-anyone know more about Haynesville-Roy
Can you post that report, RBH?
Last week a small rig was at the Ellington well for a few days. Someone said they might be tubing it. I don't know exactly what that means, but the rig was gone this week. Has anyone seen recent production numbers? Just wondering if the well is still producing its potential or if it has started to decline already.

DENVER, Feb. 19

During the third quarter of 2009, Ellora entered into a joint venture agreement with EOG Resources, Inc. ("EOG") covering approximately 1,900 acres in East Texas. Under the terms of the agreement, Ellora retained a 30% working interest, an approximate 4% overriding royalty interest and received additional consideration comprised of cash and well carries. The first Haynesville well under this agreement was spud in the third quarter. This agreement follows a joint venture signed with EOG in the second quarter of 2009 that covered approximately 5,200 net acres, representing substantially all of Ellora's Haynesville acreage in Louisiana. Under that joint venture, EOG agreed to carry Ellora on multiple Haynesville wells and paid additional cash consideration for a 70% working interest. The first Haynesville well under that joint venture also spud in the third quarter. Drilling under the joint ventures allowed Ellora to retain Haynesville acreage that was otherwise facing near-term expiration.

Thanks for posting and also for the link for the completion report. It´s pretty much Greek to my English speaking self, in general terms, how is it looking?
Thanks.
since it tested at 7.3 MMCF/day and and appears that ~3 days of production for 12-2009=23,056 MCF
and so far these wells are decling steeply in the first year with Petrohawk/Chesapeake saying 80-85% in a year--this is not one of the top horizontal Haynesville wells..gotta wait and see how it produces and if EOG chooses to drill anymore wells in the JV acreage --since they are paying 100% of the costs for only 70% ownership they may back off here
