Royalties from late1800 until now
my family owns and has royalties my deceased father has been trying to get other than the 100 or 25 dollars of us land property since he is deceased we are heirs can u help

Some questions...
- What do you mean by "we have land top and bottom rights as royalties?
- Where is the land? Can you give us a legal description, including the section, township, and range? This will be found on the tax bill that you pay annually.
- Who owns it? For how long have you owned it? Do you have the deed that shows who owns it?
- Has the land passed from generation to generation in your family? Were the proper documents filed in the courthouse each time the land passed down?
- Have you, or anyone else in your family signed any leases or sold any mineral rights?
- What do you mean when you say your father was trying to fulfill his father's fortune?
- What owner number do you have?
Finally, please be clear. People on this site will try very hard to help you. But you also have to help us. It would make your posts easier to read, if you were a bit more clear, and not use long, run-on sentences.
