Does anyone know what is going on with this well?  It's completion date was 5-8-2009, but so far no royalties.  Are there problems with this well?

I know I am dealing with a well that was completed in September and have no royalties so far. Turns out they are still working title up. Seems amazing that they would drill the well and start pumping without doing this, but they already had the lease and this was a well in a different depth than the others, so they needed to verify it had the same mineral ownership. Could this be the issue?

I found all of this out by contacting the land dept of the company operating.
