I signed papers to allow them on my property in May. They did the work, let my cows out, cut my fence, never paid me the agreed amount (or any amount) and now their phones are disconnected.

Don't allow them on your land!!
Talked to CGN today. Phone number is 318-932-8629.
CGG Veritas is a major global seismic company with offices all over the world. Bagger, what steps have you taken to remedy the situation? They have a major office in Houston@ 10300 Town Park Drive Houston, TX 77072 Tel: 1-832 351 8300 Fax 1-832 351 8701
CGN has a local office in Coushatta, 1916 Alonzo St. Contact there is Bryan Vaughn.
318-932-8629, cell 580-713-9091.
Has anyone received their money for the Sabine shoot? Should get paid sometime this summer!
How much per acre should they pay to come on your land? Not that it matters much. I'm all for anything they want to do unless they cut my trees.

Payment would depend on if you are a Land Owner or leasor and if you control access to the land as surface access is seperate from Mineral access. If you signed a Mineral permit you would only be paid if they extract minerals, (Oil & Gas), if you have a surface ownership or lease then you would have a surface access permit that would be paid if they actually access the surface and only then. If you own the property or lease the property and signed a permit to access your property with CGGVeritas and have not been paid you should contact them directly at 832-351-8300 and ask for the Land Surveys department. If that does not work then contact the company directly at the local office in Natchitoches, 318-238-0072 and ask for the project manager or permit office. Payment will be made if they utilize your property for the survey and at this point they may not have accessed your property but are planning to in the future. If they signed a permit with you and have or will access your property they will pay you.
