i"ve noticed survey markers between keatchie water system and property owner hwy rights how would this affect the property owner would they be forced to give a row?

thanks jack i've battled with tiger pipeline for a year and was condeamed only to be called a week later and had the suit removed tired of dealing with these people and chesepeake
