I didn't know where else to post this, but are there any thoughts or information on proposed subdivision of property near corner of Pine Hill Road & North Market?  The letter states that it is not necessarily an indication of residential subdivision but is this a good time or location to be buiding anything?

We do not need anymore section 8 housing in 71107! If in fact that is what proposed. I have not seen the letter so I am not sure what is proposed. My interest is preserving what is left of the property values and image of 71107.
Now this I can agree with and I apologize for calling you a troll the other day. A hasty mistake on my part.
Thank for your response....Being out of state I had not thought of that... The meeting was called for by Planning & Zoning Board & is for Oct. 6th ....The subdivision request is by Mindy Viteri who may have inside knowledge of what land is being considered for what. I wonder also how this might affect future gas wells in this area.
