Read back at my earlier post and you will find where the acres were mentioned for sale.
And to add to that the acres were sold for 600.00 a acre. He was asking 43,520, which was 640.00 a acre. Bob could probally send you all the information you would need to clarify this up. As he all the information, or better than that email me and I will send it all to you.
I have been away hunting in Canada, so I was surprised to see my name mentioned in your post when I got back today. I did respond to a poster who mentioned term royalty for sale (and Skip subsequently admonished). I received the attached which is quite interesting and informative, however, my partner had already left town and by the time I got it to him it was too late to act on it. It is definitive in many aspects.

Bob,

Thanks, I think some of this is still available. Im not promoting the sale of any of this. Just informing people that there ar royalities for sale that have nothing to do with Mainland.

Thanks
Skip,

So much chatter about MNLU financial state, you might think this was MarketWatch. LOL!

Did you get a scout report for the Burkley-Phillips #1 this week?
Burkley-Phillips #1 reported 105 days drilling ahead @ 18,404' on Nov. 5.
Skip, thanks for the report.
JEFF Have you ever experienced drilling at 18000 feet at such a slow rate (40 ft/day) ?? Is it the driller or is it high gas pressure or something else?
COULD BE A NUMBER OF THINGS,,,ANYONE HEARD DEPTH LATELY??
ron, I post it each week. You have to look at the last few pages of the thread as members often come back and place comments in portions of the thread that are days old. That can make it a little hard to find.

Chevron drilling logs indicate existence of liquid hydrocarbon in the Burkley Phillips #1 well at the depth Mainland is currently drilling! Does anyone have any additional information on that? If that is the case, is the oil recoverable? Any response would be appreciated. Thx
