The weekly Scout report is updated on the database on Wednesday evenings.  It contains the data that has been forwarded to Baton Rouge in time for the update.  I believe the Times gets their information from the paper reports at the district office.  It's all of 10 blocks from their office.  If the weekly data gets to Baton Rouge in a timely fashion, the current data may be available on SONRIS.  If not The Times usually has it.

My mother was from Caldwell Parish also she was a Greene.

No, sorry.  The Duke side of my family is Polk County, East Texas, (don't know of any folks over in Caldwell that are related, but it is a big family).  My mother's side is Sabine Parish, but my folks retired to Red River Parish.  I am come and gone all over the place for work, but NW LA is where I consider my roots.
