What happened to "Unrealistic mineral owner holding out, wanting Gnormous amts of bonus pay before signing lease" ?

Maybe the Unrealistic  mineral owner read it and became Realistic by signing the lease so it wasn't needed anymore, huh?

Taylor, I think he committed "shaleicide".  Keith is the only person who can remove a member and that member is gone (unless he has a new persona).

I think I know who it was.  The lady only wanted some common sense perspective and advise, but she was so insulted and hurt by the replies, she discontinued her membership on this forum.

Jon,

Thank you for the kind reply.  I wish I could see the thread, cause her and I are in the same boat so to speak.  We both signed a lease with EOG, but are being told by EOG that their planned drilling did not happen in December because of an "investor" that's holding out for "millions" as a signing bonus - which EOG is unwilling or unable to pay...  So, if anyone has any POSITIVE advise that would be appreciated.
