Are you a landowner in section 29? I know right where that well is, in fact, the well is on my Uncle Billy Mclelland's farm. I am in 14N-10W-Section 30 right next door!
Glenda, they finished the fracking the well this past week. There is no word on the production yet, but that area has had some very productive wells and I am certain that this one will be excellent!

Glenda, the pipelines will carry the gas from this well once it is turned to sales have already been laid and from my understanding will run down my property along Hwy 515 and over the pipeline bridge which is very close. Where the gas goes from there is anyones guess!

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
