Does anyone know anything regarding when this well will be put into production? Sonris stays so far behind but shows that there was flowback in Jan and a potential established. Is there pipeline currently available to the well? Would love to hear from anyone with more recent info. Thanks.

doughboy,
With flowback and the well potential established, there is most likely a pipeline. To run a SDM2G test the gas has to be either flared or sent to a pipeline and sales.
why royalty payments take 4-6 months? did not ask... expect it is an admin /standard thing... not associated w/ well cost if you signed a lease... this well is producing @ gas valued @ about $50,000 / day. Drilling costs should be recouped in 10-12 months.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
