Executive Order - Establishment of the White House Rural Council

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and in order to enhance Federal engagement with rural communities, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Could this directive eventually effect the Federal Government's involvement in well drilling in rural areas...perhaps require federal permits like are required for offshore drilling? Or worse?

He ain't smart enough to be the anti-christ.
Cut the fat in government first.
Maybe the gov is going to assist (force) them put in running tracks for the workers around those drilling pads..huh?
I don't think folks  have a problem with those orders unless they were implemented to the point they started adversely effecting their lives...maybe that latest rural one will not turn out to be anything of concern but perhaps it could be..Guess we just have to wait and see..

So do you believe past performances will be reflective of the future?

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
