What would be the purpose of a new permit? Sorting out property lines?
That's part of it.  They have to file an "as-drilled" plat showing the bore path of the well.  In this case they amended the unit acreage some and it looks like they have asked for a Rule 37 exception for an unleased interest in the (State of Texas) Hwy. 21 ROW.
Is this a new well on the same site or a reviced drawing or a as-drilled as you said, another new well would be nice ,this would be two well on this site, would that make this a super pad,or does it take two or more wells on the same site,,,would a new well on the same site be in the same lease pool.
Joe, it is a revised drawing but there is room to drill a few more wells eventually.
Thank You
