Heard they are leasing in lincoln parish for a major company

Do you know for how much? Just random, and what major company? How about in Claiborne Parish?  I have some interest in this area. Thanks Eva

first offer was $300/ 20%  dont know which company

I am aware of their lease offers and have heard from several large landowners regarding offers.

I am not aware of any accepted offers. Seems that negotiations are ongoing. Perhaps some of the landowners will post on this site.  The offers I have heard about are west and northwest of Shongaloo all the way to Ar/La line and landowners are told primary target is LSBD.

That's generally the area of recent reports I have received, Aubrey.  23N -10W and 22N - 9W.  None of my contacts have reported Miller Land is leasing for LSBD however the offers they report are bonuses in the $350 - $400 range and 25% royalty above the top of the CV and 20% below.  So it's certainly possible.

Same person runs TAGCO, who leases for Anadarko. Doesn't necessarily mean they are leasing LSBD for Anadarko though.
