Anyone have any information on a local company called Diversified Land Management? I have been contacted by them about requesting permission for the right to ingress and egress across the land. They are offering to pay $15.00 per acre. The tricky part in the agreement is "All payment considerations for geophysical operations will be honored if operations are conducted on described property. DLM reserves the right to assign or convey all permits obtained from this survey as a result of the use of this permit." Sounds like they want to be a middle man to sale the right to a higher contractor.
