On the W1 is states "This well cannot be produced concurrently from the same reservoir as: #1 (225-31217)".  What exactly does this mean?  Looks like this was done to obtain an exception to their SWR 37 problem.

looks like 3 new Houston County permits today---at least they are big units. Trivium is using a survey co out of Ft Worth who in my not so important opinion did a much better survey job than the other ones I have seen. Nothing going on in Pennington. XTO let some of the contract land men go but insists they are centering in Crockett "for a long haul".

Just saw the post after I went to the TRRC this morning. DH are you close to the Jackson site. Do you have any information of it. Thank you. Has Crockett seen much rain out of the storms this week.

  Jackson frac pond filling but no activity ---- about 2 inches so far this week on the west side of the county but expecting more soon -- much better than last summer but turf is thin and weak and from drought, weeds are thick and dead trees everywhere that are already starting to fall but pond water is Good for now.

Bottom fell out on Pennington Sunday--all received 3.5_4 inches in about a 5 mile radius. Grass is already greener! It came down hard and soaked in fast. Now if we could just be blessed with a rain of drilling rigs.

  Frac equipment moving on the Jackson also no one was watching Leon Co. but several new Trivium Horizontals permitted plus some EOG and XTO & PMO permits ------ of interest is the EOG permit shows a EAGLEFORD objective near Normangee ----------good rains this week for Austonio area
