Thanks DH for the reply. Could I ask what they might be separating and what would be the next thing to expect if anything?

 They separate Water from Oil and Gas ---------- Expect  a frac crew with about 25 18 wheelers to move in and frac ---------- then several weeks of frac water flowback and IP testing of that zone ---- if the well (Vert. well) has multi productive zones they will repeat this process several times.  At some point they will set up tank batteries for normal production but may use portable"frac tanks" on wheels at first ---------- expect lots of truck traffic especially water tankers --------- believe the Oil tankers will have diamond sign on the back

Heard Navidad had another fire at one of its locations today on the Fergusion Unit south of Midway. Appearantly some painters caught the storage tanks on fire.

 Lucky ,Reportedly fire was a fact and someone got injured pretty bad when they jumped off the top of a burning tank

Flare still burning on the Frank Smith with vacum trucks running out of there like crazy. I believe Interstate is the one building new locations in that area. Crews are even working at night to get it going!!

  Reportedly Devon has started and finished a LARGE pad a couple miles South of Crockett on hwy 287 this week . 

  "working at night" ------ did you mean on "Frank Smith" or the new locations ?

Speaking of Devon, story of local new channel they are closing their Houston offices and moving everything to Oklahoma City.

 

DH do you have any idea what is happening with Trivicum/Terrace :)

I wouldn't worry too much about Devon. This is their MO in the 4th qtr. of every year that I've followed them (4.5). One thing about it, though... when they put those articles in the local papers it usually causes a stampede to the leasing office by those who have been on the fence about signing.

  Seems like Trivium is doing all they can with one rig but has lots of plans on the books for more wells ------ the completions are out on "Jackson" and it is NOT a barn burner but they soldier on ---------- IMHO the MO seems to be  to drill a deep vertical gas well to HBP a large acreage unit with plans to come back and drill several shallower Woodbine Horizontals for Oil.

   Confirmed that some pad and road construction is proceeding at night so my guess is that several more rigs will show up in this last 1/4 of the year and reportedly the big Devon pad was almost completed in just 3 days which used to be a 10 day job.

   Also understand a man and his wife just built their final "dream home" and moved in about 30 days ago and Interstate has staked a well on either side of it --- they are not happy ----

    Much heavy truck traffic and the roads show it especially the FM roads and county roads and reportedly "Frank Smith" has about a dozen water tankers coming and going during the daylight hours alone hauling off frac water.
