It seems awful quiet on this forum. The calm before the drilling storm hopefully!!!! But even if not, what's going on out there?

HS, Samson Lonestar off 9 mile rd.?
We have a fractional mineral interest in a parcel in the T.Harris and G.Love survey (nearby yours?). Its not leased yet, but we've had some interest from some landmen. I'd also like to talk by phone.
ALongview,
I am not familar with "9 mile road" will you please give a location close to a town or highway?
Who is the OG company? Is it a wildcat well? Depth permitted? Any production Information?
Thanks
this location has been permitted or submited as of yesterday on rrc. doesnt look very impressive, there is and existing well there already that never has done much, but is shallow formation ,
wait and see who knows
HS,
When I saw Alongview's posting I went to the RRC site and did not see a new permit. A "redo" answers my question but can you tell me where it is in relation to some town I can see on a map? Who is the OG company? Do you know when it was first permitted so I can find it on the rrc?
Thanks
Cheerleader,
9 mile rd is NE Sabine County. N and E of milam on the county line.
HS, This is not the well I was hoping to see come up but hey it's activity.
Is this the well ya'll are talking about, HS? It's not what we are looking for but it is activity at last. I think we may see something from Devon or EOG maybe after the first of the year.

That is the one. Some permit activity is better than no activity at all. I hope we see some deep ones from Devon and EOG in the near future.
Encouraging news may be on the horizon. iffree1, it seems there is activity on the Donner again according to the Sabine Parish board. Know anything about it? I hope they got good production reports and have a pulling unit on it completing it. That would be good news for this county I think.
No, I haven't looked at it in quite a while. Guess it's time to see what's going on? Are you hearing reports on Sabine Parish?
Saw where Devon just leased some up near Timpson for $5000 acre. So maybe they will get started back in Sabine county after January.

GoHaynesvilleShale.com (GHS) was launched in 2008 during a pivotal moment in the energy industry, when the Haynesville Shale formation—a massive natural gas reserve lying beneath parts of northwest Louisiana, east Texas, and southwest Arkansas—was beginning to attract national attention. The website was the brainchild of Keith Mauck, a landowner and entrepreneur who recognized a pressing need: landowners in the region had little access to…
