I thought the attached G-1 and G-5 would be interesting to some folks.  G-1 has the completion information - looks like acid fracs and therfore the target is the limestone formations.

24 hour production is 479 bbl of 42.8 API gravity condensate or oil.  1179 bbls of water with that.  Note this is a vertical completion across multiple, thick zones.

Maybe I need to get Joe Aldrige to look at this, but it looks more like what he describes as TMS rather than Eagle Ford Shale.  Any other thoughts?

Howdy dbob....

What part of "Northern Walker County" will True Grit be located?  West side of the Trinity River or on the East side of the Trinity River?  Bedias...Cook Springs...Roans Prairie???

Bedias is in Grimes County to the West of the Walker County line. I, too, would like to know where 'true grit' is located.

Howdy Troutman,

I'll be up that way manana...maybe I can locate True Grit while I'm cruisin' around chasin' cows.  If so, I'll let you know...

Thnx, Kitt...meanwhile, I'll also see what I can find out, although, I'm not adroit at the TRRC stuff.

Shows it being out on Fm 1696 near Fm 2250. 9.5 NW of Huntsville.

Hey! Thnx, Lucky!!

FM 2250 or 2550?

True Grit got changed to a horizontal permit today.  beleive surface location stays the same.

Yeah sorry 2550. The road that comes from Hwy 30 to 1696

Thnx; got relatives just barely west across the line that signed a lease last Fall but it's not ZaZa or Halcon they are with.

Maybe they're luckier than the people down around Pennington & Fodice.  The XTO - Revolver already has a pumping unit & XTO has turned in about 20-30 Barrels of Oil per day, and a little gas.  ?Water ?...

I hope this doesn't ruin Pennington / Trinity County's chances.  I wonder if XTO is ever going to drill the location they have (barely in Northern Trinity Co., the Penny Lane).  They were supposed to move the rig off the Revolver & drill the Penny Lane immediately. I'm afraid that if I had put all my money in the Revolver, I might now want to use one on myself !...

Ricky --- Maybe they just perf and fraced a limited area down in the toe of the lateral like they did on "Jackson" ?  ---------- someone said 6 storage tanks out there on "Revolver"  sounds like they are planning on some big returns of something ? ------ how reliable is the 20-30 bopd info?
