POSSIBLY , HEARD BUT NOT VERIFIED THAT SOME SURVEYORS WERE ON 87 JUST NORTH
OF REEVES CREEK AND SOUTH OF SEXTON ON GOV LAND SHOOTING POSSIBLY FOR SURFACE LOCATION

Rode up around reeves creek and did not see anything, but it was aroud 5pm and I was on my Harley so did not ride any dirt roads.

jffree, Do you know if DJ Energy is still in an office in Hemphill? The office number we have for them is disconnected???? Maybe they are wrappin' things up.

I went to the office of conservation site and Swepi and Chk have applied for several unit in the Pleasant Hill area. Check it out. Hope it is near you, I live right at the parish line on 191 and I to am waiting for Chk to show some intrest in our area, I guess we all are! Good Luck

Do you think this means that they have wrapped up all leasing in the area for now or that they may just be consolidating offices to save costs? I saw in the county records that Devon was recording leases up til 12/29/08 along with many other companies active in the area. Maybe we will start to see them working some of these leases soon.
