Yes - I got a call from a landman saying he was 'in Nacogdoches'. He claims Sheldon HAS bought SOME leases -
What are they offering on the lease? Thanks
I had one offer of $300.00 per acre.
500.00 an acre
Sheldon Resources, LP is a registered operator with RRC since 2006 under Operator #773815. They report production on 7 shallow oil wells in District 1 (south TX) and have never filed for a drilling permit or submitted a completion report under that operator number. They have not yet filed any leases, under Sheldon Resources, LP, in San Augustine Co. or Nacogdoches Co. Their address of record is:

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
