Greg, some additional information like the location by section-township-range or county and survey if in Texas would be helpful.  There really is no such thing as a going rate at this point in the play.  The main ingredient for bonus and royalty is the question of competition.  If your minerals are in an area where there are multiple HA operators that competition could very well figure into both the bonus and the royalty.  If not that also plays into what is reasonable to expect.

If your minerals are in a proven location that helps but as always the royalty is far more important than the bonus per acre.

If you are in Texas and your minerals are in the area of the Western Haynesville you should be posting your question in that group.
