Okay, I'll start this discussion. When I was working in the oil & gas field, I met an elderly man who was retireing soon. What he did was grease and lubricate well heads. He explained how it works. First of all it takes special equipment to do that but you can hual it on a trailer. What he does is get contracts from gas company and is on a set schedule to lubricate, but he can decide his own schedule. Now, I used to go to these locations (about 1500 a year). There is a special way to do this. close one valve grease open the other one, etc.
trust me, there are alot of fittings on these heads. He offered to sell it to me. I thought about it but I was just to busy to buy. Now, for those shalers out there unemployed.or work part time this is a great opportunity. You can choose your own schedules, time, whatever fits your schedule. It is deffinately something to look into! Joe Dyer

Exactly what kind of tools and equipment will you need for this type of work and what kind of income will this job pay.
Cotton,This was around 1995-97 and he told me he was getting anywhere between $50-$100 a well head per location. You will need an high compression compressor. The rig will need a dual axle trailor. Also he had laborer to help him. I was working in Bryceland Field at the time so closer they are the better. You can go online and look up oil & gas lubricating equipment. Most HZL heads will need to be lubricated of codensation and rapid weather changes. You also will need to be OSHA cert. Nothing to it! If you have any more questions, let me know,Joe
