All I would do is require Senedero to notify me in writing when my lease was assigned.
The importnt thing is to get a good lease. Many times the landman won't even know (or be forbiden from revealing) who the drilling company will be.
Saw this on Google about Sendero. Looks like a front company to do buying/leasing for a unknown O/G company. Maybe someone out there knows.
