In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. Bandit, My old man in black is fixing to turn 11 on November the 4th.Gabby, my little blonde girl laying down in front is 9. And the great dane in the back is Chewy. He is the son of these two. He is 2 yrs old and one of four of our one and only litter.
It looks like you have a deal pending with Samson if I read correctly in another discussion you had. That price is very good right now for that area. I cannot say if it will go up but I doubt it for this year.
What town is your peoperty near or what part of the County are you in (southeast, southwest, etc)?
