Additionally, USG recently agreed to participate in a drilling program on certain of Comstock's acreage in Harrison County, Texas that will target the Haynesville Shale.

Comstock has about 4,000 net acres in its Waskom Field in Harrison County, Texas and is pursuing additional add-on acreage to allow the drilling of extended lateral wells, the release said. The company has 34 Haynesville shale locations on this acreage.

The participation of USG will allow Comstock to acquire additional acreage to complement its existing acreage, which will add additional drilling locations to the company's inventory.

Hi Kathy,

Gail Furrh is a vertical well to 6,500'. It doesn't take long to drill a vertical that deep so they were probably just finished drilling.

Comstock has filed their first HA permit since 2011 for the Furrh 'H' #2H in the R. Mitchell survey, A-485.
