Just thought about posting a couple pics of the Swan Lake Rd. N. of I-220.
Anyone know anything about it?

It is down the road from me, the NAMCO #116 Well #239214 PRESCOTT FAMILY LLC 35 H S35 19N 13W I drive by it everyday, it is in the section next to where I live. I believe it is operated by Chesapeake.
This is a CHk well, it is permitted to a TD of 15,700' (10,850' vert, with a 4850' lateral).

They were at 9557' on feb 9.
is there any pipelines in that area?
There are several large transmision lines, but I don't know if there is any capacity.
This well is Prescott #1 and there is a Prescott #2 going in soon in the same section. These are CHK wells.
what did the land go for in that area.it looks like they what it drill before all the house are build. it looks like a deal there? LLC
JW - Go under "Groups" and look up the Bossier ( or maybe North Bossier?) group. I'm not sure which side of Airline on Swan Lake you're talking about, but Dogwood signed leases several months back. Hope this helps. - sesport
This is on the backside of Lakewood Sub. near the duckwater landing cut through road from Swan Lake. Not sure if that land falls in with what Ed Kennon the Lakewood developer owned.
I leased for 12000 an acre in the boom days.
Good. you probally made a smart move.
I got lucky my friend has been a landman for years and took care of me, most everyone on the area got around 8000, I also got 27.5% royalty, horizontal pugh, no cost royalties, no surface operations 3 years with 1 year option for 12000 more per acre. Got very lucky.
