I believe there is a movement to lease the remaining landowners, dont know how many. We are in The North end of Ellerbe Road estates.

Unless $2500 is going to make a difference in your life, don't rush in for that lowball offer.
There is no apparent activity on this section showing in SONRIS. No units formed, no wells permitted. I don't know about leasing activity. Chesapeake permitted a well in Section 18 to the southwest of you on May 6, 2009. They have it targeted to drill north-south from the northwest corner of the section to the southwest corner. That looks like the nearest activity.
