There are apparently a number of us on the message board who have recently been force pooled. I have been searching the net for an FAQ giving information on what this entails, and what our rights as mineral owners are, so far I haven't found diddly. If anyone can provide a link or other resource that can provide information on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm interested in what you find out. I have been told that force pooling is a last option for the o&g companies and they go to great lengths not to do that. I am told that it is bad if it is a poor producing well because you wouldnt receive any money till they recoup their costs. Got a hypothetical====
If i have 340 acres and I lease mineral
rights. Cna the company force pool the entire section and can he HBP if he only drills a SHALLOW WELL===OR MAYBE to or three .
