I'm interested in what you find out. I have been told that force pooling is a last option for the o&g companies and they go to great lengths not to do that. I am told that it is bad if it is a poor producing well because you wouldnt receive any money till they recoup their costs. However if it is a real money maker you can make out like a bandit. check out this link. It explains it well.

Got a hypothetical====
If i have 340 acres and I lease mineral
rights. Cna the company force pool the entire section and can he HBP if he only drills a SHALLOW WELL===OR MAYBE to or three .
