Orchard subdivision

I have heard that 60% of the Orchard Sub. has signed agreements of mineral rights and that the 40% that have not are out of the running. Is this true and if not, who should we seek out to help?

Skip: you might try "Orchard Subdivision" in the Bossier Group. There has been quite a bit of discussion for the last month on the Orchard.
