For all the folks getting a little warm from all the flames coming out of the big secret "Messenger", post anything you want to here. Keep it clean!, and if you are South of Messenger, get ready, good luck, and let's move that Mason Dixon line to the Gulf Coast.

I appreciate the info you have put out there & please keep it up.
Everyone should realize that we all are in the dark and that we are trying to out guess the operations going on with the Messenger well and to be ready for the possibility of get the most from leasing our land. I've been in the drilling businees for over 30 years and unless your involved in the well operations, it just a guessing game. Looks to be good well though. Looking from the outside in, as we all are!
Pat, did your profile get deleted?
If you delete a profile...all the threads go with it unfortunately.
Haynesville, how much did ECA pay you to delete all of Pat's threads? (j/k)
Glad to see your back! Thought we had lost some good input there. Thought the O&G guys got you there. LOL Thanks for you info be it whatever we appreciate it here. Seems alot of us a hang on a string hoping for some sort of news and you always come through with something. Thanks again
Thank you again Natch N3!

Pat
Since I'm out of state and have property in Natch Parish, I'm glad you didn't take your threads and run. Thank you for keeping us informed and keep up the good work.
Ditto that. I, however, still like to know who did delete the threads and knock Pat Todd, Jr. off the site. What kind of a site is this that would allow this to happen???

As I've proven, one person who can delete a thread is the person who started it. Thus, if Pat had wanted to, he could have deleted all his threads. He has returned to deny doing so, and I believe his denial.

Who else has the power to delete an entire thread? I would assume "Haynesville", the site administrator, would have that power. Not sure who else would. Haynesville, can you respond to these questions?
I have the ability to delete any discussions and it was asked of me to do so if they are dated, if the responses are nill or if the discussions are redundant. The active messenger well discussion with concerning the "HZ" possibility was the latest, most current, active information on our parish site. The other MWell discussions were dated and the information was nothing more than had already be documented through Sonris. Having the authority to delete a discussion I can assure you that I did not delete the discussion on the Messenger Well going horizontal and I DO NOT have the ability to delete anyones profile that I'm aware of. If someone was being rude, abusive or in anyway portraying themselves to be someone they are not then I would inform Haynesville and let him make the call.

Pat Todd, you are welcome.

Natch N3
Maybe the site went down for maintenance again and it simply lost Pat. Just a thought, would seem odd that he was the only one lost though, wouldn't it?
Thank you all and I mean that. I will do my best to continue to report as best as I possibly can. I have developed contacts that have been right most of the time! As all of you know, it is impossible to be completely accurate all of the time. I am leased to EnCana, but I believe they could be behind this. Just a guess! Again, I am trying to help everyone in 10-8. Powhattan area south to get leased. There is a current offer of $3500 and 1/4 minerals if your land is accepted, so anyone wanting me to try to help you, you can contact me at 332 1723. I will charge you 0. That is ZERO! Pat
With leases in southern DeSoto now going for $15,000/acre or more (when they were under $10,000 two months ago), please don't encourage people in Natchitoches parish to rush in for $3,500. Patience will get everyone a MUCH better deal. It's just taking a while for prices in the south to rise. But, if the wells are good, prices will rise. Look to Sabine parish, where Shell just created 25 new production units. That tells you something. While it is very hard to sit tight, that is exactly what people ought to do for a while in Natchitoches Parish.
The Haynesville shale is a very different beast from South Louisiana gas. Much of the "conventional wisdom" is being turned on its head. Take for example, the old line about, "the real money is in the royalties." Well, if you lease for $3,500, that may be true. But, if you hold out for $20,000 or $30,000, that is not true anymore. If people don't cave in, there's real money to be had in leasing, too.
Patience, patience, patience.
