Horizontal Cotton Valley Drilling - Desoto Ph

I saw recently that Sabine Energy had permitted a couple of horizontal Cotton Valley wells in 13N - 15W DeSoto Parish.  Since the proposed wells are on Diversified Energy leases, I would conclude that they have made some sort of development deal with Diversified.  Anyone have knowledge of Sabine Energy's long term plans for developing the Cotton Valley, i.e., number of locations to be drilled, timing, etc.

Sabine Energy applied for alternate CV wells back in February.  The state approved an exception to the single operator per unit regulation to allow Sabine to drill, operate and report the new HC wells while Diversified Production LLC continues to operate and report the existing CV wells.  Sabine drills and operates Cotton Valley wells in E Texas.  Good to see that they will take advantage of the opportunity  to do so in Sections 3, 10,15.  Note the wells in 3 are staggered in order to avoid the fault.  Here is a link to the application.
