I've heard that the developer kept all mineral rights for 10 years in phase 2 section of the Lakewood subd. I purchased my lot from Tristate in 2000. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm looking for the deed to the land, I might have to make a trip to the courthouse to confirm this at this point.
