Can you suggest a lawyer?

So, does anyone have any idea whose property this involves.....my property is also in the A- 726 survey and I have a lease with XTO already....my property is located in the area that is mentioned; however, I do not know whether I am included in this well or not. Can someone please let me know if they have any idea whose property is included in this well and how do you find out this information?
Thanks
lo1gt, do you know how to search for the well permit? If you pull up the permit page and scroll down to the bottom, there will be a P-12 on pooled unit wells and there will be a plat. The P-12 is a list of mineral owners in the unit. If there are many owners on a parcel it may not list them all, however. Look at both the plat and the P-12. You can open both at the same time.
I also have land in the tutt survey ,i am waiting on other offers , they currently paid a neighbor 1500 pls 3-16 royality. They will pay more.
Devon offered $500 per...1/5 royalty...3 year with 2 year option @500.
( received lease agreement today) I assume I should decline the offer?

YEAH.... unless you really need the money
Just say no thanks. Ask for 25% royalty. They can do lots better on the bonus also... so aim high and negotiate down if you have to. There are numerous productive intervals in that part of the county.
I am intested in who made this offer to you! I have land in A-726 and am being offered $500 and 25%. thanks- Allen
I also inherited mineral rights in Shelby County, TX. Can anyone tell me any information on the James B. Tutt Survey A-725? We live out of state and are in the dark. Lease is with Devon. Thanks
You will definately want to follow Devon's Adams 1-H well which is currently being drilled in the Nelson Howell survey directly below your minerals in the James Tutt.

Here's a link with info in that well.

Our minerals are directly next door to yours on the Eastern side. We are in the J.McCormick.

Sent you a message to your inbox.
Thanks everyone for the input. That gives me something to go on. Thanks again.
And there is also a brand new permit today for a new well to be drilled by Chesapeake in the Benjamin White survey that is only a mile or two south of your spot in the J.Tutt.
