I started an earlier discussion that may have created some negative feedback about this company. I wanted to let everyone know I got a call today from Brendle Dykes the founder of the company and he explained in detail why there has been a delay in the Desoto Parish Auction which was initially scheduled for Aug 28th. The main reason was he stated was that he did not feel he had enough members\Acreage to get a decent offer for my paticular Parish but did encourage me to be patient and wait for more people to sign up. I am not a large land owner so I am content to take his advice and wait this out.

He explained he is swamped researching the details of all the new clients which are signing up as I can imagine.EZMINERALLEASE does seem to have some of the best terms I've seen at 2% of bonus and 0% of royalties for 10 or more acres. 3% if you are a small owner like myself which is cheaper in my case than anyone else I could find. So,with this being said I would encourage anyone in my situation to sign with them and be patient while they can compile enough acreage to get the best offer possible from the Big O&G guys.

Good Question , I did not ask him any details about his other dealings. I will see what I can find out.
What happened to the first posting regarding EZMINERALLEASE.COM??
I removed it after recieving the response I was looking for from the owner of EZMINERALLEASE.COM. I then started a new one under the category negotiating. Bendyl Dykes the founder of the company talked with me a length this morning and explained why there was a delay in the bidding process for Desoto parish ( Basically there is not enough acreage to leverage a deal for a lease in Desoto at this time.)
I did not want to depict a negative image of the company on this site after my discussion with the owner. I feel he was honest with me and has done all he could for my area. I also felt is was unfair to leave the mostly negative comments online and would only hurt/ deture future efforts for those in the rest of Desoto Parish from signing up .We need more participants so we will be able to accumulate enough acreage to leverage ourselves in position to make a deal in the future.
Thank you for answering my question, Petro.
